How we clean your carpets

We always start off by doing a thorough inspection of the area to be cleaned. We do various tests to confirm what type of flooring we are dealing with, if theres any problem spots, what type of cleaning solutions may have been used before and we can use UV to check for urine marks.
After that we use our hospital grade vacuum to remove as much dry soiling as possible from the carpet.
We then thoroughly cover the carpet in an appropriate pre-spray, this changes depending on the level of soiling and type of carpet.
Once given time to dwell we use a special agitation machine to loosen any soiling.
We then fill our carpet cleaner with hot water and a professional cleaning solution to dislodge further soiling. At the same time we have two powerful vacuum motors extracting as much dirt and liquid as possible. This leaves the carpet only very slightly damp.
We then use a powerful air mover to get the carpet drier quicker.
We can then apply an optional carpet protector to help reduce the risk of stains and spots in the future.
